ACTA Delta PLC Test-zig

The comprehensive PLC Test Zig is designed specifically for student training and industrial automation practice. This system is built around the Delta PLC, providing a reliable and industry-standard platform for learning PLC programming and control applications.

For user interaction and visualization, the setup also integrates the Delta HMI, enabling students to monitor inputs and outputs, modify parameters, and operate the system through a graphical interface. This enhances the understanding of real-time control and HMI-PLC communication.

To extend functionality, we have incorporated the Delta analog expansion module in it. This module allows the system to handle analog input and output signals, enabling practical training on sensors such as temperature, pressure, and level transmitters, as well as analog actuators. Students can learn scaling, signal conditioning, and analog data processing in real industrial scenarios.
